The 154th is certainly one of the most unique "Composite Groups" within the USAF. The
Wing operates an assortment of fighter, tanker and transport aircraft. With these
different capabilities, the Hawaii Air Guard can deploy anywhere in the world if called
upon.
C-17A Globemaster III -- 15th Airlift Squadron -- 154th Wing
The squadron operates eight aircraft that carry the standard "HH" Tail Code, with a
yellow Hawaiian-style band around the tail that highlights the State Flag. The nose
identification is:

There are eight Primary Aircraft Authorized (PAA) aircraft operated by the squadron,
although there are nine in inventory. The aircraft carry a "HAWAII" Tail Stripe. Each
individual aircraft has a Hawaiian name:

The squadron had five aircraft in inventory, operating four as PAA, with the fifth as a
back-up or spare. The Aircraft carry the "HH" Tail Codes with "HAWAII AIR GUARD"
scripted across the main landing gear hubs.
